Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Request your return by contacting us at info@garyjanetmelbourne.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  4. Return shipping costs, including any applicable fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details.

  • Any address changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
